The RIAD is ideally located in the middle of the medina, 100 m from the Djemaa el Fna square (2 minutes on foot) and only 10 minutes from Marrakech-Menara Airport. The riad has a wonderful terrace which overlooks the old city of Marrakech, the Koutoubia tower and the snowy Atlas Mountains. Built in 2009, the property comprises 7 guest rooms and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, TV lounge, café, bar and a restaurant. Furthermore, Internet access, room service, laundry service and a car park are provided for guests. The rooms of the house each have their own colour and a Berber name to identify them. It is always a concern at the riad to make associations to all forms of Moroccan crafts.
