Check in without previous contact and after 18:00 will be charged additional 50 PLN. Wine Apartments do not have a lift nor the 24/7 reception. Thanks to use of Pin code access to the building and apartments, guests may arrive at any time, after hotel check in hour, yet only with received codes. Check in is possible from 14:00, check out till 10:00. Wine Apartments can arrange transport from/to the airport, book a guided tour or book a visit in Cracow thermal spa, in order to do so, please contact us directly.
