The town of Mugla lies 60 km away and can be reached in an hour by car. The complex is made up of 48 apartments and 4 studios and underwent renovation in 2006. A 24-hour reception service is available for guests, as are a hotel safe, a bar, a games room and a TV room. All apartments have been designed to include a separate bedroom and a living area with a kitchenette containing kitchen wares, an electric cooker and a mini-refrigerator.
