In the historic center of Polignano a Mare, the Grotta Palazzese Hotel, situated on the rocks at 25 meters above the sea, nestled on the famous Grotta Palazzese. The beautiful sea cave hosts the homonymous restaurant considered among the 10 most exclusive outdoor restaurants in the world. Place already known since 1783 when it hosts the first court banquets. Completely renovated with elegant refinement and inaugurated in July 2019, it has rooms really suspended over the sea in total harmony with the landscape.
