The hotel is situated 350 metres from the town centre where there are shopping facilities on offer. Opposite the south beach and overlooking the ocean, the residence is nestled in a little creek, surrounded on one side by the fortifications of the Tour Vauban and on the other by the landing stages which jut out into the sea. There is a bus station about 40 m away. The apartment hotel offers a range of facilities. Each accommodation unit is fully equipped with a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and tea and coffee making facilities.
