This property is located in a historic building next to Plaza España, renewed in 2008 and turned into a complex of 21 apartments. Its interiors combine charm with a simple and urban design, maintaining the historic ceilings. The result is a cosy atmosphere, which provides everything required for a pleasant stay in Barcelona. These apartments are situated in the Sants-Montjuïc neighbourhood, few minutes on foot from Plaza España, from where it is possible to reach on foot or by public transport the city's main tourist and commercial sites: Montjuïc with its fountains and the exhibition complex, Fira de Barcelona, Plaza Cataluña, Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia. The apartments – thanks to its proximity to the Sants station – enjoy convenient public transportation links, including the Aerobús bus service to and from Barcelona's airport. The reception is opened Monday to Friday from 8.00am until 10.00pm; closed weekends (Saturday and Sunday). During weekends, check-in is on request only and must be arranged in advance with the concierge by phone or via e-mail. Late check-in (from 22:00 h until 00h): available at a cost of 15 euros per apartment. After 00h the cost is 25 euros. These fees must be paid in cash upon arrival. Upon arrival a security deposit of EUR 200 is required, which can only be made by credit card. This deposit will be refunded within a maximum period of 10 days after check-out, on the condition that the apartment has been left in good condition and without any incident.
