Located in the heart of Istrian peninsula, just below the medieval town of Motovun, surrounded with local vineyards, truffle forests and tranguil sceneries of river Mirna valley. Built by Austro-Hungarians in the 19th century, the building originally served as the communal wine cellar and was operational until 1990. After the acquisition of Roxanich wines the estate become winery and luxurious boutique hotel.
