The hotel is located in the Central Volcanic Mountain Range in the north of San Jose on the Caribbean slope. The property has a large main building where the reception is located for guests of the hotel as well as for those who visit the site during the day. In this building there is the restaurant for hotel guests and the departure centre for walks along the paths in this private reserve. All rooms have two rocking chairs and a hammock on the balcony. The rooms are isolated from the main building and outdoors they have a cold water pool and a huge hot tub.
