Badesi is a quiet little town located between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa Gallura. Its coastline is characterized by 8 kms unspoilt white sandy beach and turquoise sea water. The area is lush and green with aromatic Mediterranean vegetation. The complex is within walking distance of the town centre. Badus is divided into 2 apartment complexes, each one with a series of terraced 2 storey buildings located around the swimming pool. A restaurant and a bar are located between the 2 apartment complexes. Apartments are located on the ground and first floor and all have their own entrance. Some apartments have pool view. All the apartments are very nicely furnished with kitchenette (equipped with crockery and cutlery), TV, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, microwave, bathrooms with shower, furnished patio or balcony and all are provided with Wi-Fi connection. The reception desk is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. In the residence there is an unattended outdoor car park; swimming pool, a children's playground, bocce/pétanque court, barbecue (common use) with picnic area, room with satellite TV, token laundromat, Wi-Fi internet connection. Final clenaning is included (the kitchenette is guest's responsibility, otherwise a 50 € surcharge will be applied). DEPOSIT: €150.00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. PAYABLE SERVICES: booking of excursions, shopping centre with panoramic bar/restaurant and several stores. In Badesi (200 mt) there are shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and tourist medical service. Public shuttle bus to the beach at scheduled times. At the beach: wind surf lessons, beach umbrellas, sun beds and beach equipment for hire (by local providers). Distance from the beach: 2.5 km from Li Junchi beach and 3 Km from Li Mindi beach where you will find a wide outdoor unguarded parking area for the guests of the residence. (Distance from the beach 200–300 mts).
