Beneath the medieval castle Bélesta, Languedoc Rousillon, the cooperative cellar was converted into a hotel and restaurant in a loft style. The architectural unit with the museum castle was respected. Each suite or room is designed in an original way: lights, colors and materials are freed from the austere appearance of the tank and reflect a contemporary Mediterranean style. Each room has a private patio overlooking the gardens leading down to the natural pool.
