Please note: * Guests must be between 18 and 40 years old unless part of a group staying in a private room. Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation. * Cancellations require 72 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a full charge. * Non-refundable reservations will be charged upon booking and are subject to availability. * Check-in is between 4 PM and 11 PM. Guests arriving after 11 PM must email at least 24 hours in advance to confirm their reservation, process payment, and complete the online check-in form to receive an entry code. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being considered a no-show and subject to associated fees. * Valid ID is required for all arrivals, including UK/EU residents. Expired or damaged IDs will not be accepted.
