The Parc Suites Hotel was established in downtown Montreal in June 2006 and continues to operate today. It is a boutique hotel consisting of 8 suites in total. It is in a very strategic location in the city. You can reach all directions from the city center within a walking distance of 10-15 minutes. Like what Old Montreal is a 15-20 minute walk away. McGill University and Université du Québec are just a 5-minute walk away. The Place des Arts, Museum of Contemporary Fine Arts is just a 5-minute walk away. The floor of all suites is covered with real wood. The floors of the bathrooms and kitchens are covered with real marble or granite. Each suite has its balcony, only the Studio does not.
