Club Residence La Castellana is a prestigious tourist complex on the Tyrrhenian coast of the Calabria, in Belvedere Marittimo, in the province of Cosenza overlooking the blue and transparent sea, with olive trees, pines and ancient palm trees and behind the beautiful mountain Montea. Completely renovated, immersed in the green of beautiful and colorful flower gardens, the backdrop of the porticoes and terraces of the structure. The apartments of the residences, from 2 to 8 beds, are air conditioned (with extra cost for the air conditioning of 50 € per stay), have a private entrance, kitchenette equipped with kitchen utensils, living room, balconies, services (they do not have oven, washing machine and dishwasher). A conference room, a fully equipped gym, a modern wellness center, hairdressing service, a supermarket and a bazaar with all the necessary products for the stay are at guests' disposal. Three-room apartment: entrance with sofa and kitchenette, 1 single bedroom and 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. Included in the rates: rent and apartment, use kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, utensils, bed linen (changed weekly), the apartment does not have an oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Bath and kitchen linen are not available.
