The Residence is located 150 metres from the port, 400 m from the centre and shops and 4 km from the beach at Port-Mer. The residence is composes of houses and apartments overlooking the port of Houle and opens on magnificent green overlooking the sea. All spacious houses provide guests with the modern amenities required to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartments are equipped with kitchenette, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, separate toilet, terrace or garden with unfenced garden in most apartments. There is a payable service for loan of cots (for children under 2 years - subject to availability)and final cleaning, payable on spot. By car take the RN12 via Dinan, the RN76 from Rennes, St Brieuc and Fougères. Near the Route des Estuaires, arrived in Cancale follow Avenue Olivier Briard, then direction center (Avenue Pasteur) and at the 2nd roundabout, turn right into Rue du Commandant Charcot. The entrance to the residence is located 50m left.
