This small resort is located right on the beachfront with views of Playa del Ingles and the Maspalomas dunes. It lies a few minutes' walk from the beach and the Plaza de Maspalomas and Kasbah shopping centres. Guests will find the tourist centre of Playa del Ingles 100 m away and it is 200 m to Playa del Ingles beach. Las Palmas is a 35-minute drive away. This cosy beach apartment complex is built in traditional Canarian style and was renovated in 2008 and 2009. It is surrounded by rich tropical vegetation and comprises a total of 14 studios. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby and a hotel safe. The complex consists of studios for 2 people with a double bed. All come with a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub. They have large living room with reading chair, a TV with satellite channels, a direct dial telephone and a hire safe. From the terrace or balcony guests have wonderful views of the garden, with its tropical vegetation, and the sea. It has a kitchenette equipped with hotplates, a fridge and a coffee maker. This complex features an outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter), around which there are numerous sun loungers and parasols, where guests can enjoy the sun. A few kilometres from the hotel guests can play tennis and golf. The island also offers countless hiking trails. Moreover, sun loungers and parasols are available for hire on the sandy beach.
