The tourist apartments distinguished by their orientation to the south, and the sun illuminates the balconies all day , overlooking the town of Benidorm. It comprises 20 floors with a total of 80 one-bedroom apartments and 2 lifts. Each of the holiday apartments has a capacity for up to 4 people, with 2 single beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 in the lounge. They also come with a fitted kitchen with hob , fridge, toaster , kitchen utensils. Benefits are complete with bathroom fully equipped, lounge / diner with national / international TV, safe (local charge) and terrace. The apartments come with sheets, blankets and towels ( not beach pool use ) changed depending on length of stay. The area of the apartment is about 43 m² . We also have a laundry and ironing service for customers. Cots for babies available by reservation. Refundable deposit will be required upon arrival, 50€/person minimum 150€. Payable in cash only, Euros.
