As we are waiting to welcome you in our hotel, we would kindly like to ask for your check-in details so that we can serve you quickly upon your arrival. Also we would like to inform you due to the fact that the hotel is located in the middle of downtown with a lot of bars and restaurants so the area could be a little bit noisy especially on the weekends. Check-In Check-Out • On your arrival day, the room is at your disposal from 2:00 PM. • Please check out until 11:00 AM (You can leave your luggage at the reception after checking out). • Please note that according to our policy we will ask a valid credit card information as damage insurance. Front desk opening hours • Our front desk is open: 8 A.M to 8 P.M. From 8 P.M. to 8 A.M. you can call us to arrange check in on +36706111088 number. • If you occupy the room after 8 P.M. please come to the reception the next day after 8 A.M. to do the check in procedure. • If you check out before 8 A.M. please leave your room key at the marked mailbox (located on the half floor of the building next to the reception door). Location • If the St. Stephen's Basilica main entrance is behind you, you will find the Hotel on the left side of the St. Stephen's Square. (The Hotel is located next to the California Coffee Company which is situated at the corner of the St. Stephen's Square.) The Hotel is in an old building, situated at the half floor (not the whole building is the Hotel). Payment • Payment for the city tax (4% of net accommodation) is due at your check in and possible in cash (HUF or EUR) or with credit card. • The city tax has to be paid at check in.
