In the famous, centuries-old, traditional mill, staffed until the 90s, that produced flour made by donkeys, the visitor can experience the many facets of milling in the JUFA Weinviertel*** in Seefeld-Kadolz. Included in the amenities is a pillow menu, from which you can choose your preferred pillow (filled with buckwheat, herbs, & etc.).
