The city hotel is located at the picturesque port of Vathy on the island of Ithaca, off the western coast of Greece. Guests will find restaurants, bars and shops just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and the port is around 300 m away. The port of Pisaetos is approximately 20 minutes from the design hotel. The building was originally a 19th century Neoclassical mansion that any observer would immediately consider to be a unique architectural masterpiece. This mansion has now become an air-conditioned design hotel offering a total of 19 rooms. The fantastic, cosy boutique hotel was renovated in 2010, and guests can now sense the Ionian breeze, rest on the Belle Epoque armchairs or walk across the 19th century Persian carpets. Facilities available to guests include a lobby with 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, and a café and breakfast room. It also offers facilities for wedding receptions and various events, as well as a selection of DVDs and a book library. For an additional fee, guests may also make use of the WLAN Internet access, and room and laundry services. The hotel offers single and double rooms with sea views and/or a private balcony, as well as executive suites and junior suites.
