The hotel was carefully restored, preserved and recreated to its original features to such extend that the city of Miami Beach honored the hotel with a Beautification Award. Unless notified prior to, or at check-in, 100% of the reservation value will apply to departures that occur earlier than the date specified on the reservation. A daily Resort Fee is payable by the guest upon check-in. Bookings of 8 rooms or more will be considered a group booking and are not applicable to FIT rates.
