Our Chef Radek Ryška uses ingredients sourced from local farms and is capable of creating a memorable gourmet experience. The restaurant can be used for business meetings, family events or garden parties. Hotel Schwaiger is proud to have re-opened its doors after complete reconstruction in 2017.
