The Siam Guest House is a longstanding budget guest house/hotel and is known to be "popular with budget travelers." Our primary purpose is to provide our guests with an easy stay for those traveling to Pattaya on a relatively modest budget. Our pleasant location is in the heart of  Pattaya Thailand's most vibrant holiday resort which always pleases our guests.  Tucked away in a cul-de-sac where you still can see the old architecture of the old houses of Pattaya but close by to everything where you want to be. The rooms are comfortable equipped, fridge, air con that is most important. You are nestled in between three major shopping centers, Festival Mall, Pattaya Avenue and the other one that housed Ripley's. Straight down to the beach it takes 2 min over the 2nd street and then you just walk through Top Plaza and you reach the beach. From there it is 5 to 10 min to walking street. First time I did go this time, it is fun to watch the entire tourist walking up and down and the “Walking Street” can get a little congested. The Siam Guest House has friendly staff and the housekeeping is excellent. Price versus accommodation is very reasonable; clean and Take pleasure in year-round activities and tropical sunshine in Pattaya City at the Siam Guest house.  Our pleasant location is in the heart of  Pattaya Thailand's most vibrant holiday resort which always pleases our guests.  From where we are just 2 minutes from the famous Pattaya Beach and we are only a very short walking distance from all local amenities such as shopping malls (Central Mall Mikes Shopping Mall and the Royal Garden Plaza) international restaurants, including the colorful nightlife.  We have CCTV security system and all rooms have free Wi-fi.
