FESTIVE CANCELLATION POLICY - DEC 22/20 TO JAN 3/21 - All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. All cancellations must be received by 6 pm Chiang Mai time at least 46 days prior to expected arrival date or penalties will apply. A 50 percent deposit will be charged 45 days prior to expected arrival date. If cancellation is received between 45 and 31 days prior to expected arrival date the resort will retain the 50 percent deposit. The remaining 50 percent balance will be charged 30 days prior to expected arrival date. If cancellation is received 30 days or fewer days prior to arrival date the resort will retain the deposit for the full reserved stay. The same penalty applies to no-shows. If the reservation is made 30 days or fewer days prior to expected arrival date a full non-refundable prepayment will be charged upon booking. Compulsory new year*s eve gala dinner is chargeable at THB16500 per adult and THB8250 per child age 5-11 years subject to 17.
