The hotel is located in the heart of Karlovy Vary and it is one of the most beautiful architectural ensembles in the Europe. The hotel complex consists of 5 villas and 114 rooms built in historical style, which will provide you with a cozy atmosphere. All buildings are connected to each other by underground corridors. Hotel's wellness center is 3000 sqm big, and offers 25 meters long swimming pool, salt cave, steam bath, sauna, whirlpool, ice pools, Kneipp's footh bath. Please note: Parking is 25 EUR/night/car and 30 EUR per night during the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. Electric vehicle charging 10 EUR per charging/per car In case of the parking mini bus, bus or car with the trailer the price of the parking will be different and should be confirmed extra by the hotel. Pets are allowed. Pet fee is 48, -EUR/pet/night. Christmas dinner (24. 12. 2024) is for an additional cost of 80 € per adult and 60 € per child - is not mandatory. New Year's Eve celebration (31. 12. 2024) is for an additional cost of 280 € per adult and 180 € per child - is not mandatory. We would like to inform you that the entire spa center, treatments, pool, and all procedures will be unavailable from January 13th to January 21st, 2025, due to technical maintenance. During this period, it will not be possible to visit the spa center or book a stay with treatments. When booking 3 or more rooms , or 7 or more nights, different policies apply: *14 days or less before arrival 50% of the total reservation *7 days or less before arrival 100% of the reservation *during the stay (shortened stay) 100% of the price of the three following nights/per room Cancellation during a group stay (3 or more rooms) = 100% of the total price of the reservation.
