The hotel is located on Lanta Island next to Phra Ae village beach. The centre of Baan Saladan, where there is also a bus station, is about 7 km from the hotel. The beach hotel's bungalows are set in quiet, flower-filled gardens, which were formerly a cashew nut orchard. There are 34 bright modern bungalows built between 2002 and 2008.
