This charming 6-storey boutique-hotel was built in 2011 using reclaimed architectural material taken from the city. This environmentally-friendly manner of construction adds to its character and makes it feel a natural part of the historical building around it. It is located in the tourist district at the heart of the heritage site of Cerro Alegre and a 5-minute from the city centre. Just a short walk leads to the main street Almirante Montt and where shops, bars and fine-dining restaurants abide. It also provides easy access to the Reina Victoria funicular railway. The spacious and comfortable rooms of the hotel are designed and decorated in a unique style to retain the typical character of the old mansions of Valparaíso, but with a contemporary and innovative air.
